Mi fiel amiga

No hay amiga más buena ni más fiel que la naturaleza. Siempre está allí, para confortarnos y animarnos, y sabemos dónde encontrarla en cada momento.

Basta con observar las olas del mar, ver su hermosa fuerza, escuchar sus tranquilizantes sonidos e inspirar su frescura para sentirnos  arropados.

Basta con observar una flor, que por muy pequeña que sea, puedes perderte en su diminuto universo y disfrutar un rato de libertad, donde lo demás no existe, y en ese momento no necesitas de nada ni de nadie.

Basta con entrar en un bosque, para sentir una conexión energética con los árboles, escuchar los cantos de los pájaros y embriagarnos del aroma de ese aire tan puro, para sentirnos acompañados, para sentirnos amados, para vivir el único momento que existe…el ahora.

There isn´t a better nor more faithful friend than nature. It´s always there to comfort and encourage us, and we always know where to find it.

All we need to do is observe the waves of the sea, ponder their beautiful strength, listen to their tranquil sounds and breathe in their freshness, to feel comforted

All we need to do is look at a flower, that no matter how small it is , we can lose ourselves in its tiny universe and enjoy a bit of freedom, where nothing else exists, only that moment, and we don´t need anything or anybody else.

All we need to do is walk through a forest, in order to feel the energetic connection with the trees, listen to the the songs of the birds, get high on the aroma of that air so pure, to feel accompanied, to feel loved, to live the only moment that exists… now.
