Reflejos

Reflejos de toda una vida

parecen tan simples mirando atrás,

como los reflejos de los árboles en el agua

que transmiten tanta paz.

Sus filos rugosos se suavizan,

las cicatrices a penas se ven.

Los reflejos de toda una vida

hacen que parezca un sueño.

Todas las risas esconden las cicatrices,

los buenos ratos parecen aumentados

Y los malos están medio borrados.

Siempre deberíamos mirar los reflejos

y tenerlos en cuenta

en medio de un escenario 

Todo parecerá más suave.

La vida fluirá como un sueño.

Reflections of a lifetime

seem so simple looking back,

like the reflecions of trees in the  water

 makes the trees seem so calm.

All the rough edges are rounded, 

the scars barely seen,

the reflections of a lifetime

make it seem like a dream.

The smiles and laughter  hide the scars,

the good times seem magnified

 and the bad ones just a distant blur.

We should always look at the reflections

And take them into account

In the middle of a scene

Everything will seem softer

Life will flow like a dream.
